I got kind of excited earlier when I figured out Joann did financing options for their sewing machines and I could totally afford the payments per month. But sure enough, after searching through a surprisingly small amount of customer reviews on the internet, it turns out they're crap.

So now I need to save up to buy a real good one. I know Amazon has discounted prices on, like, everything. But the fact that nothing on my plushies right now is embroidered is basically the only thing keeping the prices and quality of them down. I know some people really like the way I make my eyes and cutie marks because they're pretty crisp and sparkly, but I really want to go for something higher quality.

Any suggestions for a good machine?

I would suggest keeping the sparkly eyes and cutie marks as an option after you start doing embroidering.
